Thanks for your enquiry and your booking Samantha.
The Parish Council were pleased that it was such a successful event – well attended, well managed with lots of interest from around the area.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am emailing to make a quick enquire about hiring Dickleburgh Village Centre.

I am currently looking in to organising and hold a fun dog show in order to raise money for charity. I am looking in to finding a suitable venue to hold this event. I am just wondering whether you would allow your village centre to be hired out for this type of event.

I am looking for a venue with a hall and/or playing field with parking. I would ensure that the whole venue was cleaned up fully as soon as the event was over, all rubbish and waste taken away with me and the entire venue left as we found. The show in which I am hoping to organise would be licensed (by The Kennel Club) and fully insured. The event would be to raise money for a chosen charity and I intend to hold this event to bring like minded people together for a fun day and to promote responsible dog ownership.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my email. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,

    Samantha Plaisted
